Jabezco Announces Formation of Machining Group

Jabezco Industrial Group proudly announces the formation of Jabezco Machining Group at their shop location in Bells, TN. "We are very excited about this new business venture," says Mike Seals, president of Jabezco. "The launching of a machining division is a natural progression in our menu of offerings and allows us to continue expanding our quality added services to our West Tennessee clients and beyond."
Keith Beasley, Senior Project Manager of Jabezco and executive in charge of the Machining Group adds "The machining group adds a nice structural fit to Jabezco to better support our industrial clients. Jabezco Machining Group adds about 20,000 square feet of shop space on 10 acres to service our customers' machining and fabrication requirements. Jeff Jones, JMG's Shop Manager, has 30+ years of experience in the machining/fabrication field with technical degrees to reinforce his experience. Kyrus Print Solutions adds Andy Hall/AMH Group

Kyrus Print Solutions, a division of Jabezco Industrial Group, is excited to announce the addition of Andy Hall/AMH Group to its Jackson, TN office. On July 6, 2009, Kyrus Print Solutions finalized a deal to bring Andy Hall/AMH Group into its Jackson operation.
Andy Hall brings 15+ years of experience in the printing and promotional products industry to the Kyrus Print Solutions family. Andy brings a strong work ethic and customer base to Kyrus. Hall states, "It is exciting to team up with Kyrus to form one of the strongest printing and promotional products companies in the area."
Kevin Knott, president of Kyrus Print Solutions, says "this is a great addition for Kyrus and its growth in the marketplace. Andy and I have worked off and on with each other for years and we share the same value system. This is one of the best win win situations I have ever been involved in."
Andy is a lifelong Jacksonian who has been married to his wife Melissa for over 23 years. They have 3 children, Leah Claire 17, William 15, and Olivia Grace 12. Andy is very active in the Jackson community.

Jabezco Makes BusinessTN Hot 100 Emerging List

as one of BusinessTN's Hot 100 emerging businesses of 2008. The list will be published in the November 2008 issue of BusinessTN.
For companies to be eligible, the companies must be Tennessee based, employ at least five people, and boast
revenues of $750,000 or more. In addition, Hot 100 businesses are those that stand out in terms of employee and company growth as compared to industry averages. PSS Wins Jackson Chamber Emerging Business Award

Pearson Safety Services (PSS), an independent safety consulting firm based in Jackson, TN, proudly announces that they have received an Emerging Business Award, part of the annual Pinnacle Awards program, presented by the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce. Pearson Safety Services was chosen as one of five winners of the award from a pool of 13 nominees. The Emerging Business Awards are presented to local businesses that are less than five years old and are based in Madison County. The award was presented on February 4th at Union University.
Established in July 2005, Pearson Safety Services was has grown throughout Tennessee with branch offices in Memphis and Nashville.
"We are very excited about this honor," says Donna Pearson Chadwick, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and president of PSS. "Having Pearson Safety in Jackson, Memphis and Nashville is a dream come true. We have been working hard, and we are thrilled that our success is benefiting the communities we are involved in."
PSS is a division of Jabezco Industrial Group, Inc., which was awarded this same honor five years ago. Of Madison County’s 50,000-person workforce, roughly 80%, or 40,000 people are employed by small businesses like PSS and Jabezco. The two companies combined employ about 75 Madison County residents.

Keith Beasley Appointed as Senior Project Manager

Jabezco Industrial Group, Inc. proudly announces the appointment of Keith Beasley as senior project manager. Beasley’s responsibilities will be to develop new sales leads for potential new clients, as well as project quoting and management.
"Keith brings many years of industry experience to the table," says Mike Seals, principal of Jabezco. "He has already proven to be an essential addition to our staff, and we look forward to seeing his many years of experience in action."
Prior to working at Jabezco, Beasley spent nine years at a mechanical and electrical contracting company that specializes in machining and fabrication. Beasley is a certified Manufacturing Technologist, a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, and a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. He currently resides in Jackson, TN with his wife and daughter, and is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Beasley will contribute to Jabezco's continuing growth into the plastics, and automotive industries where they have already experienced success. Though he will concentrate on these industries, Jabezco is capable of taking on a variety of diverse jobs and Beasley will help them grow into new markets.

Pearson Safety Services (PSS) is an independent safety consulting firm that works with companies to develop a "safety culture" offering solutions to industrial plants, contractors, and other industries to prevent injuries and fatal accidents in the workplace. Through risk management assessment, drug-free workplace, safety training, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) updates, safety program maintenance, OSHA meetings, site audits, and safety program preparation, PSS works with companies to prevent these fatalities. Creating a "safety culture" is at the heart of every program implemented by PSS, in which a customized program is implemented and enforced through accountability and awareness to prevent unsafe acts. Jabezco Completes International Plant Relocation

Jabezco recently completed its' first turn-key international relocation project with The Access Group, LLC. The project encompassed the relocation of a major conglomerate's operations from upstate New York to Tijuana, Mexico. The project, which spanned over multiple phases throughout 2004, included the turn-key relocation of over 35 tractor trailer loads of manufacturing equipment and 4 large material silos and included mechanical, electrical, and millwright services.

Jabezco hosts job-shadowing student

Jabezco recently participated in the Jackson, TN Chamber of Commerce 2003 Job Shadowing program. The program gives area high school students an opportunity to experience firsthand what skills they need to develop and become successful employees in the future.
On April 3, Jabezco hosted an 11th grade student from Northside High School in Jackson. The student spent the morning with Brian Thompson of Jabezco's operations technology department learning about the importance of technology in Jabezco's day-to-day operations and the administration of Jabezco's computer network and other communication systems.
"Career awareness is an important aspect of secondary education," said Brian. "I believe we provided an informative and memorable experience for this student and look forward to increased participation in the coming years."

Jabezco to relocate Nashville manufacturing facility

Jabezco has been awarded by The ACCESS Group, LLC (TAG), of the Nashville, Tennessee area, a turn-key project to relocate the manufacturing and distribution operations of Aladdin Temp-Rite from Nashville, Tennessee to Hendersonville, Tennessee. Combining the resources of TAG and Jabezco, the companies will provide turn-key plant relocation services including plant layout services, engineering support, process flow improvements, project management, and the complete physical relocation of the entire manufacturing and distribution operations including equipment commissioning exercises. TAG and Jabezco have partnered together on numerous projects including the recent relocation of a Cessna manufacturing operation from Dayton, Ohio to a new facility in Columbus, Georgia.

Cessna Relocation Project Success

In conjunction with The ACCESS Group, LLC (TAG) of Hendersonville, TN, Jabezco recently completed the relocation of Cessna Aircraft's 130,000 sq-ft McCauley propeller division facility from Vandalia, Ohio to Columbus, Georgia. The project was completed on time, under budget by $250,000, and with zero lost-time accidents. The Jabezco/TAG project team coordinated successfully in all aspects of the project resulting in an outcome which was pleasing to the client and all involved parties.

Jabezco Relocates Corporate Headquarters

In an effort to better serve its existing and future clients, Jabezco has relocated its corporate headquarters to 2274 Hollywood Drive in Jackson, TN. The new facility, which is located off of Interstate 40 at the southwest corner of the I-40/Hollywood Drive interchange (Exit 79), provides expanded office space for the Jabezco administrative and management personnel. The secure complex also houses Jabezco's fabrication facility as well as adequate storage areas for tools and equipment. "After a period of growth, Jabezco seized the opportunity to occupy a new site which boasts of unique character and improved functionality." said Mike Seals of Jabezco. "We feel extremely blessed and are very thankful for what we have achieved in occupying this new location."

Jabezco/TAG Alliance to Relocate Aerospace Plant

The Jabezco/TAG plant relocation alliance has been contracted by a Fortune 500 aerospace company to fully relocate a fabrication and assembly facility from Ohio to Georgia. The turn-key project is a complete relocation including feasability study, plant layout, planning and scheduling services, product relocation, equipment removal, transportation, and re-installation, and start-up of the new facility. The project began in early 2002 with relocation completion and start-up scheduled for 4th quarter 2002. "Jabezco is excited to be working in conjunction with TAG on this exciting, high-profile project," said Mike Seals of Jabezco. "With the team of professionals assigned to this project, we are confident of a successful planning and execution effort as well as a timely, on-budget completion."
